How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard US delivery takes 7-15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE shipping on all US orders! Every order ships free — no minimum purchase required.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. You can track your package at any time through the link in your confirmation email.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Shipping times are estimates, and occasional delays can happen — especially during peak seasons or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at hello@warmvolt.com and we'll look into it right away.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping — stay tuned!
